Technical description
The ELP-ExMP31R is an intrinsically safe, rechargeable explosion-proof torch that uses a lithium battery module for power supply, which is environmentally friendly. It is suitable for ATEX zones 1/2 and 21/22. The shell is made of high-performance nylon, which is permanently anti-static, lightweight, drop-resistant, impact-resistant, corrosion-resistant, oil-resistant, and aging-resistant. It has an IP66/67 protection rating and many user-friendly designs. It can also switch power modes through the alkaline battery module to meet emergency power needs.

Advantages of the ATEX rechargeable explosion-proof LED flashlight torch
- ATEX and IECEx certifications.
- Intrinsically safe design*.
- Antistatic materials.
Fields of application:
- Industries at risk: oil and gas, chemicals and mining.
- Emergency services: firefighters and rescuers, confined spaces search and rescue.
- Industrial maintenance : installations in explosive environments, Inspections and repairs in hazardous areas.
- Other environments: tunnels and sewers, storage of flammable products.
*Intrinsic safety is a protective technique used in explosive environments where flammable gases or dust may be present. It aims to limit the electrical and thermal energy of equipment so that it cannot cause sparks or reach temperatures high enough to trigger an explosion.
